1 Q. Can I have a sample order?

A. Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

2 Q.What factors are needed to recommend a right model for buyer? 

A. There are many factors, mainly detection subject's material, shape, dimension; site electric &mounting& working condition, moving direction, deviation range, wiring, etc,. 

 

3 Q: What's your warranty?

A. Usually 12 months, the guaranty is different from different types,pls contact sales for information.

4 Q. what's the payment term?
A. We accept T/T , credit card, L/C, WEST UNION, cash.

5 Q. What's the delivery time ?
A. Generally 5-30 days for production, you can contact sales for delivery.

6 Q. What is the standard of package?
A. Inverter would be covered with a plastic bag  between two EPE buffers in a small carton; sensor packed with plastic bag, 10pcs per inner carton.

7 Q. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A. We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

8 Q. Is OEM/ODM service available?
A.Yes, We accept OEM and ODM orders.
